I had the same problem on my HD when it was serviced by a dealer. After two return trips to the dealer I solved it by replacing my HD plugs with Champion brand purchased at my local auto parts store, personally telling the service manager at my local HD dealership that he and/or his mechanics didn't know their backside from bacon, and finding an independent, certified mechanic.
In your case, I suggest you request a different brand of plug be placed in your Savage, at the dealer's expense. If they refuse or try to charge you extra, contact Suzuki USA and complain about this particular dealer. You can also request a list of certified mechanics in your area so you don't have to return to a shop you don't like.
